Terms of Service
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
InviteTous is operated by Spacode, an Israeli sole proprietorship (Authorized Dealer No. 205674500), Isser Harel 1, Or Akiva, Israel. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Spacode, and “you” means the person who uses InviteTous, or the organization on whose behalf they use it.
These terms apply to the InviteTous website at https://invitetous.com and the InviteTous web app (together, the “service”). They are a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
These policies are part of these terms: the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and, for the personal data of your guests, the Data Processing Addendum. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
2. Who can use InviteTous
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account and use the service.
If you use InviteTous for a company or organization, for example to plan a corporate event, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or to your phone by WhatsApp, or with your Google account.
Keep your email, phone and Google account secure, because anyone who can access them may be able to sign in to InviteTous as you. Never share a sign-in code with anyone, including someone who says they work for us.
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity in your account, unless it results from our failure to keep the service secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us at ben@spacode.co.il right away.
4. What the service does
InviteTous helps you plan events such as weddings, XV años and quinceañeras, birthdays, baptisms and corporate events. Its features include:
- creating an event with AI from a short description
- an invitation editor with about 120 templates, AI layout and AI background images, and export to PNG or PDF
- a guest list that you can fill in by hand or by importing a CSV or Excel file or your phone contacts
- sending invitations by WhatsApp, by link or by email, including reminders, scheduled sends and cancellation notices
- collecting RSVPs through a WhatsApp chat and tracking them live
- a seating plan with AI layout, floor-plan upload and PDF export
- budget tracking
- a vendor finder based on Google Places, with an AI assistant
- a help bot
- sharing an event with one co-host
- use in English and Spanish
Some features are free and some cost tous, as explained in section 5. WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API provided by Meta.
5. Tous, prices and payment
There is no subscription. InviteTous uses prepaid credits called “tous”. US$1 buys 20 tous.
You can top up any amount from US$1 to US$200, in steps of US$1 (20 to 4,000 tous). Each top-up is a one-time card payment in US dollars. Nothing renews or is charged automatically.
Payments are processed by Hyp (formerly YaadPay), a licensed payment processor in Israel. Your card details are handled by Hyp, and we never see or store your full card number. Because payments are in US dollars, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
New accounts receive 20 free tous once. Free tous have no cash value and cannot be refunded, and we may change or end this offer at any time.
Before each paid action, the app shows you how many tous it costs. The current prices are:
- WhatsApp messages: 1 tou per message, bought for each event in advance
- AI text features: billed by usage, at 1 tou per 1,000 tokens (tokens are the units of text that the AI reads and writes)
- AI invitation background images: 10 tous per image
- Importing guests from a file or from your phone: 20 tous per event
- Scheduled sending: 100 tous per event
- Bulk sending: 100 tous per event, plus 1 tou per message
- Sharing an event with a co-host: 100 tous per event
- Floor-plan sketches for the seating plan: 100 tous per event
- Removing the watermark: 60 tous per event
- Cancellation notices: the first notice is free, and each additional notice costs 1 tou per guest
We may change these prices. We will announce changes in the app, and the app always shows the current price before you confirm a paid action. A price change never affects tous you have already bought. It only changes how many tous an action costs from then on.
An AI request that is already in progress may finish even if it costs a little more than your remaining balance. Your balance can then go below zero, down to -20 tous at most. You will need to top up before you can use any further paid action, and the negative amount is deducted from your next top-up.
6. Rules for tous
- Tous do not expire while your account is active.
- Tous have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Tous cannot be exchanged for cash, except for refunds under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- If you delete your account, your remaining tous are deleted with it. If you want a refund of an eligible top-up, ask for it before you delete your account.
- If we close your account because you breached these terms, unused tous may be forfeited, except where the law requires us to refund them.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Within 14 days of a top-up, you can ask for a full refund of that top-up if none of its tous have been used. Used tous are not refundable. If a paid action did not work because of a technical failure, we restore the tous it used. The full rules are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Paid actions are delivered immediately. When you spend tous, you ask us to perform the action right away. Where EU or UK consumer law applies, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the tous you have used, because the service has been fully performed. Top-ups that are still completely unused remain covered by the 14-day refund.
There is nothing to cancel, because there is no subscription. You can stop using InviteTous at any time.
8. Your content
You own the content you add to InviteTous, such as guest lists, texts, images and floor plans (“your content”).
You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content, only as needed to run the service for you. For example, we need it to show your event to you and your co-host, to send the messages you ask us to send and to create the files you export.
This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except for information that stays in backups for a limited time or that the law requires us to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload it and that it follows these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Your guests’ personal data
When you add guests to InviteTous, you decide whose data is used and why. For that data, you are the controller and we are your processor, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
You are responsible for having the right to upload your guests’ details and to contact them about your event. Only add people you actually plan to invite, and stop messaging any guest who asks you to.
Invitations, reminders and other messages you send through InviteTous are sent on your behalf and should make clear who the host is.
10. AI features
AI features create text, layouts and images automatically. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate, and it can be similar to output created for other users. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, unique or free of third-party rights.
Always review AI output before you use it or send it to guests. You are responsible for what you choose to send.
You must not use AI features to create unlawful or infringing content, or content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models. Some AI features rely on third-party AI providers, and our Privacy Policy explains how data sent to them is handled.
As between you and us, you may use the AI output created for your events, and we do not claim ownership of it.
11. Acceptable use
You must use InviteTous in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: message only guests who expect to hear from you about your event, do not send marketing or spam, follow WhatsApp’s rules and anti-spam laws, respect your guests’ privacy, and do not misuse or attack the service.
12. Our intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, templates and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any of it to you.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and its templates for your own events while your account is active. You may share and print the invitations and files you export for your events.
Invitations may show a InviteTous watermark unless you remove it for that event with tous. Do not remove or hide the watermark in any other way.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve InviteTous without any obligation to you.
13. Third-party services
Parts of the service depend on other companies, including WhatsApp and Meta for messaging, Google for sign-in and vendor search, and Hyp for payments. Their own terms and policies apply when you or your guests use their services.
Their availability is outside our control. In particular, WhatsApp may limit, delay or block messages, or restrict a sending number, under its own policies. We cannot guarantee that a message will be delivered, read or answered.
Vendor information comes from Google Places and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not recommend or guarantee any vendor, and any agreement you make with a vendor is between you and that vendor.
14. Changes to the service and to these terms
We keep improving InviteTous, so we may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly affects how you use the service, we will tell you in advance where practical.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account, and you can ask for a refund of any eligible top-up under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, the updated terms apply.
15. Ending or suspending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We will ask you to confirm with a one-time code. Deletion is permanent: your remaining tous are lost, and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or restrict your account, or stop messages from being sent from it, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we need to protect your guests, other users or the service, or if the law requires it. Where practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Section 6 explains what happens to unused tous in that case.
If we decide to stop offering InviteTous altogether, we will tell you in advance where practical.
Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, such as sections 16 to 19, continue to apply.
16. What we can and cannot promise
We work hard to keep InviteTous available, secure and working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
InviteTous is a planning tool. The budget tracker, seating plans, AI suggestions, vendor results and help bot answers are there to help you plan. Check important details yourself, for example with your venue and vendors. We are not responsible for how your event turns out, who attends or what vendors provide.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude warranties that are not stated in these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the guarantees and rights that the law gives you.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to whichever is greater: the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profits or business opportunities, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of WhatsApp, Google or Hyp.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
18. Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem with the service, please contact us first at ben@spacode.co.il. Most issues can be solved quickly that way.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the next paragraph, disputes relating to these terms or the service will be decided by the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country where that law allows it.
These terms do not require arbitration, and they do not stop you from taking part in a class or collective action where the law allows it.
19. General terms
These terms, together with the policies listed in section 1, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in effect. If we delay enforcing a right, we do not give it up.
You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a business that takes over the service, as long as your rights are not reduced, and we will tell you if this happens.
We may send you messages about your account and the service, such as sign-in codes and important notices, by email, by WhatsApp or in the app.
These terms are available in English and Spanish. If the versions differ, the English version applies, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
