Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 5, 2026

1. Our commitment

Spacode wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to plan their events with InviteTous, and wants guests to be able to open and answer their invitations easily.

This statement covers the InviteTous website at https://invitetous.com and the InviteTous web app.

2. The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG.

InviteTous is partially conformant with these standards. This means that some parts do not yet fully meet them, as described in section 4.

3. What we have done

To make InviteTous easier to use, we have:

  • built pages with semantic HTML, including headings, landmarks and labels that assistive technologies can read
  • supported keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator
  • used text and background colors with sufficient contrast
  • added text alternatives to meaningful images
  • respected your device’s reduced-motion setting, so animations are reduced when you ask for less motion
  • added captions to videos that contain speech
  • set the language of each page, English or Spanish, so that screen readers use the right pronunciation

4. Known limitations

Some parts of InviteTous are not yet fully accessible:

  • Invitation editor: the drag-and-drop design canvas is hard to use without a mouse or touch screen.
  • Seating plan: arranging tables and guests by dragging is hard to use without a mouse or touch screen.
  • Generated images: some AI-generated images, such as invitation backgrounds, do not have a detailed text alternative.
  • WhatsApp: guests receive invitations and answer RSVPs in WhatsApp, an interface controlled by Meta, not by us.

We are working to reduce these limitations. In the meantime, the help described in section 5 is available.

5. Help if a feature is hard to use

If you cannot use the invitation editor or the seating plan, contact our accessibility coordinator. We can set up your invitation or seating plan for you, following the instructions you give us by email or phone.

If a guest has difficulty using WhatsApp, the host can also send them the invitation by link or by email.

You can also ask us for the content of any page or document in another format, and we will do our best to provide it.

6. Third-party services

Some parts of the experience are provided by other companies, such as WhatsApp for messages and RSVPs, Google for sign-in and Hyp for payments. Their accessibility is under their control. If one of them creates a barrier for you, tell us and we will try to help.

7. Contact our accessibility coordinator

If you find an accessibility barrier or need help, contact our accessibility coordinator at Spacode:

  • Email: ben@spacode.co.il
  • Phone: +972-54-476-3639
  • Address: Isser Harel 1, Or Akiva, Israel

Please tell us which page or feature you were using, what happened, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use, if any. We will respond within 5 business days.

8. About this statement
