Send
The invite goes out with the card image. Guests answer in the chat — how many are coming, dietary notes, and yes or no. Remind anyone still waiting, schedule a time, or share it by hand without using the API quota.
Delivery shows as sent, delivered, failed, or a number that is not on WhatsApp. A thank-you goes out when the event is complete. A cancellation message goes out if plans change.
03 / 04
RSVP, live
Add guests by hand, import a CSV or Excel file, or pull phone contacts. Tag family, work, or VIP, then filter, search, and export the headcount.

The workspace
Stop juggling spreadsheets, design apps, and chat threads. Describe the event once. InviteTous opens the workspace and keeps a live score of what is still open.
Write what you are celebrating. AI fills the title, place, a suggested date, guest count, event type, venue type, and tone. Correct anything by hand.
Seven areas are ready: guests, invitation, budget, vendors, seating, tracking, and settings. Start as a guest and attach the event to an account later.
Design the card, build the list, and send. Headcount, dietary notes, and yes or no land on each guest card.
Countdown, RSVP rate, budget, and vendors roll into a 0–100 readiness score. Each open item jumps you to the tab that closes it.
Send the invite on WhatsApp. Guests answer with headcount and dietary notes. The list updates on its own.
Drag, drop, or generate. About 120 templates — weddings, birthdays, henna, graduations — then export PNG or PDF.
Add one by one, import a spreadsheet, or pull phone contacts. Filter, tag, schedule, and export the headcount.
A cap, line items, paid versus planned, and a file import when the numbers already live in Excel.
Ask for a rooftop in Tel Aviv for 80 people. The assistant searches a real catalog — and nearby places when nothing matches — then adds the pick to the event.
Tables, stage, bar, DJ. Drop your floor plan underneath. Seat guests and export a PDF.
Countdown, RSVP rate, budget, vendors, and a 0–100 readiness score with a link to whatever is still open.
Share an access key and choose view or edit on each area — guests, budget, invitation, seating, or the whole workspace.
Every account includes the full planning workspace. Extra tools unlock per event with tous — co-host access, file import, phone contacts, scheduled send, seating sketches, or watermark removal.
Every account gets the full workspace free. When you need WhatsApp messages, AI, or an extra tool, you spend tous — prepaid credits you top up once, in dollars.
Plan as many events as you like. No card required.
Buy what the event needs, from $1 to $200. No monthly fee, no plan to cancel.
One-time per event unless noted.
Prices in tous may change; tous you already bought keep their value. See the Refund Policy and Terms.
No. They get a WhatsApp message and reply in the chat. You see attending, not attending, headcount, and dietary notes on each guest card.
Yes. There is a full canvas editor, a catalog of about 120 templates, and an AI generator. Export an image or PDF, or send that image inside the WhatsApp invite. You can keep up to three versions.
Import guests from CSV or Excel, and expenses the same way. Importing from a file or your phone contacts costs 20 tous once per event.
No. The full workspace is free, with unlimited events and up to 2,000 guests each. You get 20 tous on sign-up — enough for 20 real WhatsApp invites or two AI invitation backgrounds — and you top up only when you need more.
Yes. Share an access key. You can limit a co-host to no access, view, or edit on each area — invitation, guests, budget, vendors, seating, tracking, and settings. Co-host access costs 100 tous once per event.
Mark the event ready. Editing locks so guests RSVP against a stable invitation. Mark it complete to send a thank-you, cancel it to send a cancellation message, or archive it when the night is over.
The app is in English and Spanish. Guest-facing WhatsApp messages — the invite, the thank-you, and the cancellation — follow the event language.
